These terms apply to every order placed with Bomber Jacket Makers UK through our website, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Free digital mockups are for illustration; small differences in colour and placement between the mockup and the finished jacket are normal.
Your order is confirmed once you approve the final mockup and we receive your deposit. Please check spelling, sizes, names and numbers carefully, as we produce exactly what you approve.
Our minimum order is 10 jackets per design. Prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown on your quote.
A 50% deposit is required to start production
The balance is due before your order is dispatched
We accept bank transfer and major credit and debit cards
Most orders are made in 14 to 21 working days after mockup approval. Delivery dates are estimates; we'll always keep you updated if anything changes. Risk passes to you once the order is delivered.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, names and artwork you send us. We may refuse artwork that is offensive or that infringes someone else's rights.
Because every jacket is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizes chosen by you. If a jacket arrives faulty or differs from your approved mockup, tell us within 14 days and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
You can cancel free of charge before production starts. Once production has started, the deposit covers materials and work already done and is not refundable.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
